Bill is a thirty-six year veteran of the hospitality industry, including 14 years of direct operational experience and 22 years in consulting.

Independent Fee Consulting and Appraising, Denver, 1982-1985
Was primarily involved in the development of appraisal practice and appraisal techniques specifically designed for hotels.
Senior Consultant - Pannell Kerr Forster, Denver, 1978-1982
PKF specialized in hospitality operations, and the Denver office was the firm's largest service provider between Chicago and the West Coast. Bill's primary responsibilities included market analysis and operational consulting for hotels throughout the western US.
Manager - Sylvania Country Club, Sylvania, Ohio, 1972-1977
Directly responsible for operating a 500-member equity club with food, beverage, golf, tennis, and swimming facilities.
Manager - Officers, NCO and EM Open Mess Regensburg, West Germany, 1970-1972
In addition to XO, officer-in-charge and platoon leader responsibilities on a US Army surface-to-air missile site, Bill had operational responsibility for club operations.
